With that in mind, Qualiplás aims to increase excellence by integrating quality of life with development and innovation. Being a socially responsible company and understanding the lack of qualified labor in the labor market, it is a supporter of the ADOLESCENTE APPRENTIZ project, welcoming young people and offering them training courses for the labor market, seeking to cooperate for the psychological, intellectual and of the youth, thus collaborating for a productive life project.

We are passionate about nature and we love what we do. This combination could only result in a visionary company, concerned with the preservation of the environment, with sustainability as a reality in the routine of its tasks.

Committed to the environment, Qualiplás correctly disposes of materials discarded by production. We have a program for the selective collection of waste, following the rules and legislation in force.

We consider the effluents generated as resources, which is why we send wood waste, chopped wood and sawdust to another plant process, resulting in the generation of steam. Using this way, energy efficiently, minimizing even more the aggression to the environment.
